Well im doing some research for my group assignment...
we are consentrating on Fashion and mainly Brisbane Fashion to try and get it out there...and show what brisbane has talent wise...
im not a huge person to know about fashion i must say...i have no idea whats in and whats not...
so ill be having a brose around the net to find some sites directing my attention to brisbane fahion...i do know a girl (not personally) in brisbane (fluer) who has made her own alternative fashion label BESERK...so i thought id leave a link to that...its great cause especially in the alternative area brisbane doesnt have too much of a variety...let alone our own label so i thought that it was great when i saw someone from good old brisbane with her stuff out there. So this is Fluers' site... http://www.beserkclothing.com/ has some really awesome stuff...just wish i could afford it...
Im wishing my computer wasnt so slow...its taking forever to open pages... *twiddles thumbs*
having been doing searches through google and its so hard to find fsahion in brisbane?!-or maybe im not trying enough...?
also for my site based assessment im thinking of looking at either DeviantArt http://www.deviantart.com which is a site i use very regulary or Eliffinarts http://www.elffinarts.com which is a site my friend Mark runs focusing on the goth culture in Brisbane. He also is a photographer (his main passion) and helps with the Faith website (covering the photographic side of things), but im thinking of leaning towards probably Elffinarts.com due to its larger blog/forum areas...Devianart..com has chat areas and journal entries but not so much a forum space. But ill continue with playing around with things and see where that gets me.
still looking through for some links to brisbane fashion...i dont think im too good at this...?...everything jsut seems a little too boring for me at the moment in the fashion areas...hmmmm....
will have to get back to you on this one...
